If you follow me on instagram, you know that I am an absolute sucker for a good blazer. Whenever my outfit feels incomplete, I’ll chuck on a blazer and instantly feel put-together. When I finally decided to get serious about building a closet of items I loved, I created a list of pieces I wanted to add to complete my wardrobe. At the top of that list was the perfect brown checked blazer.
I browsed casually for a while until I came across this one from &Other Stories, but was afraid I was being too hasty. After two months, I couldn’t get it out of my head and finally took the leap and ordered it and I couldn’t be more in love! I wanted a blazer that had a decent wool percentage and felt lightweight. The subtle hints of pink in the blazer are absolute perfection and I love that it’s double breasted. I’ve worn it pretty much every day since it arrived!
